All functions are guided by a setup wizard, which guides the installer through the process of installing a single or multiple boilers in a matter of minutes. The wiring diagrams are easily accessible and straightforward.

The Weil-McLain Evergreen Gas Boiler offers an easy-to-use familiar interface bolstered by innovative technology. With more and more advancements, it provides more efficient, smoother operations that are exceptionally simple to learn and use.
When it comes to maintenance, the Weil-McLain Evergreen Gas Boiler offers large, accessible panels for quick maintenance checks. It features interactive diagnostic capability that provides a snapshot of current and past operation parameters.
Multiple Boiler Sequencing
The flexibility of the Evergreen Gas Boiler is designed to keep costs down and reduce setup costs. You can choose from three different sequencing modes:
1. Series Sequencing
is highlighted by speed. In this mode, the boiler will achieve 100% before another boiler is activated. The boiler's output is achieved quicker with less total burner hours.
2. Parallel Sequencing
is highlighted by speed and efficiency. This mode is a hybrid of the Series Sequencing mode and Smart Sequencing mode. The boilers will default to user-defined base rate high before the next boiler is turned on.
3. Smart Sequencing
offers the highest efficiency. In this sequencing mode, part-load efficiency is maximized by activating as many boilers as possible.
Programmable Preferences for Multiple Boilers
The Weil-McLain Evergreen Gas Boiler also offers the following programmable preferences for multiple boilers:
Multiple Boiler Sequencing
In this mode, the user chooses the point when one boiler stops modulating prior to another boiler initiating.
Lead Lag Rotation
The user determines the boiler that turns on first. The user can base this decision on a fixed rotation, burner hours, or no rotation.
Outputs and inputs can be used for every boiler with up to 24 capable output/input pairs.
Auxiliary Output Flexibility
The flexible output offers the ability to control combustion air dampers, control system circulators, and/or other auxiliary components.
Straightforward Interface Delivering Complex Applications
Although the user interface is straightforward, it's powered by highly advanced technology. Complex calculations of the necessary energy are computed here and transmitted across all boilers in the network.
The system instinctively maximizes user comfort by simultaneously meeting as many demands of the system as possible: Anytime there is more than one request on the cascaded boiler system, the control satisfies both network and local heating demands.
